This framework, focused towards the PMI®’s Body of Knowledge is recognised globally and is used both in the UK, Europe, USA and the Far East as well as within many other regions/countries.
This may be a suitable route if you work for a global organisation with presence throughout the world where you will need to communicate in a common language when managing Projects.
PRINCE2® certification is the award given to those individuals who demonstrate varying levels of knowledge to be able to practice implementing PRINCE2®, a prescribed methodology. PRINCE2® is well known within UK and Europe and works well in IT departments or for those organisations requiring a governed Project Management process.
